Summary

Social exclusion and nation-building in Nepal. This study examines social exclusion in Nepal from the perspective of excluded households and groups and explores how exclusion as a phenomenon experienced at the household level is linked to social, political and military mobilisation set within a context of economic development, democratisation, conflict and globalisation. The project is funded by the Norwegian Embassy in Kathmandu.
