Dyb, Evelyn

Evelyn Dyb is attached to the Department of Housing and Environmental Planning Research. Her experience in housing studies stretches back many years. She is particularly preoccupied with research questions that combine perspectives from housing and welfare research. Evelyn Dyb is particularly qualified in studies of the housing market and the disadvantaged, homelessness and processes of marginalisation, in which the housing problem is approached in terms of poverty, prison career, health, drug and alcohol, social stigmatization. Evelyn Dyb explores, among other things, how welfare and housing policy is put into effect at the local level by evaluating government programmes and grants. Another interesting area concerns the new forms of governance based on networking and private-public partnerships, and their performance and effect in the housing policy field.
