Kim Astrup has a degree in economy (cand.oecon.) from the University of Oslo, 2005. He has worked on building property market models for Nordea, and analyses of globalisation processes in Norwegian business and industry for Statistics Norway. Kim Astrup has worked for Oslo University College lecturing in macro economics, and is currently attached as a researcher to NIBR’s Department of Housing and Environmental Planning Research, where his brief includes modelling regional and urban housing markets and conducting impact assessments of housing policy instruments.
