Dr. Jørn Holm-Hansen is a political scientist. His research focuses on political and administrative reforms in Russia, the Western Balkans and the Eastern countries of the European Union. Since the early 1990’s he has followed the development of policy sectors like environmental protection , health care and social protection as well as nationality policies. Policy transfer from one political and instututional context to another is one of Holm-Hansen’s research foci.
